If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your subscription without giving a reason. Before you first use premium features (e.g. AI voice, AI insights, or other token-based features), we ask you to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once you use those features. Once you have acknowledged and used premium features, the right is lost for that subscription.
Refund requests for the 14-day period must be sent before the withdrawal period expires. If you withdraw within 14 days and have not yet used premium features (or have not acknowledged that use ends the right), you may be entitled to a full or proportionate refund in accordance with applicable law.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Refunds for faulty or misdescribed digital content, or where the service does not conform to the contract, are governed by applicable law (e.g. Consumer Rights Act in the UK, Consumer Rights Directive in the EU). We do not exclude or limit those rights.
After the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, or once you have acknowledged and used premium features (so that the right of withdrawal is lost), refunds for change of mind are at Daynite's discretion and in accordance with applicable law. We are not obliged to refund subscription fees for the current or past billing periods in such cases.
To request a refund, please contact us with your account email and the reason for your request. You can reach us via the support or contact option in the app, or by email if provided in our Terms of Service or contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where a refund is due, process it using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you agree otherwise.
For full details on cancellation and subscription terms, see our Terms of Service.
